Change Management Lead
Location Address: Toronto – hybrid – onsite for certain meetings (once a month)
Contract Duration: 10 months with Possibility of extension

The Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring SDAM change initiatives meet objectives on time by driving adoption, readiness, and execution across one or more technical workstreams within the Shared Drives Access Management (SDAM) program.
This role supports SDAM technical migration and remediation activities, including access changes and migration tickets that require participation from data owners and business stakeholders. The Change Management Lead must possess strong technical understanding to work effectively alongside engineers and platform teams, interpret technical changes, and translate those changes into clear, executable actions for business users.
The role is accountable for increasing adoption and correct usage of SDAM solutions by deploying change tools, coordinating training and enablement, and supporting the development of business and technical processes required to sustain new access and data governance models. The Change Management Lead establishes active engagement with business sponsors and stakeholders, facilitates shared understanding of goals, and ensures commitment to required actions.
While this role does not own program management or technical delivery, it plays a critical role in ensuring that SDAM technical outcomes can be successfully executed, adopted, and embedded into day to day business operations.
Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years of experience supporting change initiatives within complex enterprise programs (Experience operating within large, complex organizations.)
2. 5+ years of experience supporting technology driven change, including migrations or system remediation activities (Strong experience translating technical changes into clear, business friendly actions)
3. 5+ years of experience deploying change tools to drive adoption of new behaviors and processes (Comfortable supporting hands on execution, not just planning or communications.)
4. Proficient with Microsoft productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
5. Experience supporting training, learning, and enablement activities tied to technical delivery.
6. working with delivery tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
7. Strong experience communicating with Senior Leadership (must be able to communicate effectively on paper and verbally)
