Job description
Join Amica Bayview Gardens as a Casual Medication Care Partner and enhance the lives of seniors daily. This on-call position offers the chance to provide personalized care while supporting residents in a vibrant community. Amica Senior Lifestyles is seeking a Medication Care Partner to join their dedicated team. This casual role requires a passion for senior care and a Medication Administration certification to ensure residents receive the highest quality support. You will engage with residents by forming meaningful relationships and providing personalized attention throughout their day. Key Responsibilities: • Administer medications to residents as designated • Foster relationships with residents and their families • Assist with light housekeeping and dining support • Engage residents in various activities and support interactions • Ensure a personalized care experience for each resident Requirements: • Certification in Medication Administration required • Graduate from Personal Support Worker program or enrolled in nursing • Willingness to learn and adapt in the role • Ability to complete Vulnerable Sector Check • Hold Level 1 First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate Make a lasting difference at Amica Bayview Gardens by becoming a vital part of our Medication Care Partner team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
