A modern, full-service hotel west of Toronto is looking for a Front Office Manager who knows the Hilton brand inside and out — and is ready to own it.
This isn't a fixer-upper situation. The hotel is barely a few years old. The lobby looks great, the systems are current, and the team is hungry. What they need is a leader who walks the talk — someone who can work the desk, coach a team, support revenue strategy, and be the face of Hilton Honors, all before lunch.
What you'll be doing: Running the front office — floor to ceiling. Check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, hiring, training, brand standards, revenue management support, and ensuring every single guest leaves impressed. You'll work alongside the GM and collaborate across departments. This is a hands-on role, not a desk-and-delegate one.
What we're looking for:
- Hilton brand experience is a must — ONQ, PEP, Hilton Honors, brand standards, the whole ecosystem
- Previous front office leadership in a hotel environment
- A people-first personality with the organizational chops to back it up
- Someone who sets the tone for their team by example
