Job description
Drive excellence as a Human Resources Partner with the Senate of Canada in Ottawa. Utilize your HR expertise to manage talent acquisition, performance strategies, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

This full-time indeterminate position will see you supporting senators and leadership through strategic HR initiatives. Your role will include building trusted relationships, applying HR policies, and leveraging data insights to achieve business goals. Your advisory input will help shape an inclusive and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic HR advisory services across business units • Facilitate talent management and workforce planning strategies • Analyze HR data to drive decision-making • Develop and present HR reports and dashboards • Cultivate strong partnerships within the Senate

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field • At least five years of HR experience • Proven leadership skills and stakeholder management • Strong oral and written communication in both languages • HR certification is an asset
