Vous êtes une personne dynamique, curieuse et énergique, désireuse d’être à l’avant-garde des stratégies de marketing numérique. Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste du marketing digital créatif(ve) et innovant(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe SEO/GEO en pleine croissance. Le poste de Gestionnaire de comptes senior requiert une bonne compréhension des meilleures pratiques et stratégies en SEO, ainsi que la capacité d’expliquer ces stratégies aux clients. Le ou la Gestionnaire de comptes senior est responsable d’améliorer la visibilité et la performance des sites web des clients grâce à la recherche IA et organique, au marketing de contenu et au SEO technique.

Ce rôle nécessite une personnalité organisée et proactive, avec une solide compréhension du SEO et du GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), souhaitant contribuer à faire évoluer notre expertise collaborative. Le candidat ou la candidate doit avoir une expérience démontrée dans l’atteinte de résultats, être capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide et axé sur la performance, et savoir gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement. La personne recherchée doit également avoir une passion pour le changement dans une culture ouverte, collaborative et multiculturelle.

Une expérience préalable en agence numérique n’est pas obligatoire, mais constitue un atout, tout comme l’expérience de gestion directe de plusieurs clients.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Gérer les communications quotidiennes avec les clients concernant les statuts, échéanciers, livrables, rapports et diverses demandes ponctuelles
  • Développer et fournir des stratégies SEO / GEO à 360°, ainsi que des meilleures pratiques et lignes directrices couvrant:
  • le SEO E-commerce (lancements de produits, mises à jour de gammes, merchandising et catégories),
  • le SEO de contenu (création de blogs, articles, contenus éducatifs et tutoriels),
  • le SEO technique et le netlinking
  • Produire les analyses et rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels, mesurer la performance et présenter les résultats aux clients
  • Évaluer les nouveaux clients, développer des stratégies et effectuer leur planification
  • Exécuter les stratégies, mesurer les résultats et les ajuster au besoin
  • Effectuer des analyses de pénalités Google et de SEO technique (performance du site, indexabilité, SEO international, accessibilité, etc.)
  • Réaliser des analyses et suivis concurrentiels
  • Développer et exécuter des plans de contenu alignés avec les moments clés consommateurs, les objectifs d’affaires et la saisonnalité des tendances de recherche
  • Assurer la gestion et la coordination des programmes
  • Participer aux appels d’offres et aux opportunités de développement d’affaires afin de faire croître le portefeuille clients
  • Accompagner et faire monter en compétence les gestionnaires de comptes SEO de l’équipe
  • Collaborer avec le/la responsable d’équipe afin de développer le département au niveau des affaires, de l’offre de services et de l’expertise

EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en agence (atout)
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en SEO/GEO et en gestion de clients
  • Bonne connaissance des plateformes d’analytique et d’optimisation du taux de conversion
  • Maîtrise des outils SEO pertinents (ex.: Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge ou outil SaaS SEO équivalent, SiteBulb, SEMrush)
  • Connaissances de base en HTML et CSS/JavaScript
  • Compréhension des facteurs techniques nécessaires à une bonne architecture et structure de site web
  • Solide compréhension des principes on-page et du processus d’analyse concurrentielle
  • Capacité à auditer des stratégies existantes et à proposer des optimisations pour faire progresser des campagnes matures
  • Forte capacité à accompagner les clients et à les guider dans leur parcours numérique

You are a dynamic, curious, and energetic individual eager to be at the forefront of digital marketing strategies. We are looking to for a creative and forward-thinking digital marketer to join our growing SEO/GEO team. The Senior Account Manager position requires an understanding of Search Engine Optimization best practices and strategies, and an ability to explain these strategies to clients. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving client website visibility and performance via AI Search and traditional Organic Search, Content Marketing, Technical SEO.

This role requires a hands-on and organized personality, with a solid understanding of SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), who is looking to bring our collaborative expertise to the next level. The candidate must have proven experience to deliver results, be able to work in a fast pace and performance-oriented environment, and be able to multitask effectively. The candidate must also have a passion for change through an open, collaborative, and multicultural culture.

Previous experience working for a digital agency is not mandatory but appreciated, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients directly.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients on statuses, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and various ad-hoc requests
  • Develop and provide 360° SEO / GEO strategies, best practices, and guidelines for initiatives spanning E-commerce SEO (upcoming product launches, product line updates, merchandising and category) as well as Content specific SEO (blog and article creation, educational and tutorial-based content), Technical SEO and Netlinking.
  • Weekly and Monthly analytics and reporting, and performance progress measurement and presentation to clients.
  • Evaluation of new clients, strategy development and mapping
  • Strategy execution, measuring and modification
  • Google penalty and technical SEO analysis (site performance, indexability, international SEO, accessibility, etc).
  • Competitor analysis and tracking
  • Develop & execute content plan that aligns with key consumer moments, business goals and objectives, as well as seasonality and search trends.
  • Program management and coordination
  • Working on new business pitches and cross-sell opportunities to develop our client portfolio
  • Mentor and upskill SEO account managers within the team
  • Partnering with the team lead on developing the department from a business, product offering and expertise perspective.

EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

  • At least 2 years of agency experience (appreciated)
  • At least 3+ years working on SEO/GEO and managing clients.
  • Familiarity with various analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms
  • Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (ex: Screaming Frog, MOZ, aHrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge (or comparable SEO SaaS enterprise tool), SiteBulb, SEMrush)
  • Base knowledge of HTML and CSS/JavaScript
  • Understanding of technical factors that go into a proper website architecture and layout
  • Strong understanding of on-page principles and competitive analysis process
  • Ability to audit existing strategies and develop modifications to further progress matured campaigns
  • Strong ability to help clients and guide them through their digital journey
