Job description

CS Innovation & Ops Analyst

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $75,000 CAD

Type: Full-time


Auxo is hiring a CS Innovation & Ops Analyst for a fast-growing Series A SaaS company operating in the industrial sector.


You’ll help build the systems, automation, and AI workflows that make the customer success team more scalable and efficient. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, AI tooling, and customer success.


You’ll work closely with the VP of Customer Success, CSMs, and Product to automate repetitive work, surface meaningful customer insights, and improve how the team operates day to day.


This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and turning messy operational problems into scalable systems.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify repetitive workflows across the CS team and automate them using AI and no-code tooling
  • Build workflows that generate customer summaries, highlight churn risks, and surface expansion opportunities
  • Support and improve customer health scoring and reporting infrastructure
  • Automate QBR preparation and customer reporting workflows
  • Analyze customer activity and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Help improve forecasting and operational visibility for renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with CS, Product, and leadership to improve internal processes and decision-making
  • Work with tools like Metabase, APIs, n8n, SQL, and AI platforms to improve team efficiency
  • Continuously look for ways to reduce manual work and improve scalability across the CS organization


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, RevOps, customer success operations, or technical business roles
  • Experience building or experimenting with AI/LLM workflows using tools like n8n, GPT/Claude APIs, or automation platforms
  • Comfortable with SQL, APIs, JSON, and BI/reporting tools like Metabase
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical business insights
  • Curious and proactive builder who naturally looks for opportunities to automate and improve systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Light Python or JavaScript experience is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a strong asset
  • Bonus: exposure to manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or operational workflows
  • Strong written communication and ability to present ideas clearly
