Job description

Our Financial Industry Client is looking for Salesforce consultants for a project.

  • French fluency (spoken/written) — required
  • English - Optional
  • Location - Quebec or Montreal
  • Hybrid - 2 days in office
  • Rate - present a range of candidates at a range of rates, be conservative
  • Duration - 1 year with potential to go to 2 years
  • Full Set of profiles expected by May 28
  • Start Expected July 2

Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs)
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with functional teams
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure quality and maintainability
  • Participate in integrations (ETL/ESB/API), incident resolution, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to technical documentation and compliance with standards (CI/CD, security, governance)

Desired Profile

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and flows; DevOps/CI-CD knowledge is an asset
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II)
  • Experience in financial services environments (banking, insurance, fintech, asset management) — mandatory

Salesforce Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce project delivery (planning, budget, quality, risks, dependencies)
  • Coordinate teams (development, QA, BA, business) and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting (KPIs, milestones, decisions)
  • Manage scope, changes, and ensure achievement of objectives
  • Ensure deliverable compliance and user adoption (UAT, training, change management)

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience managing IT / CRM projects (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills
  • Financial services experience — mandatory

Salesforce QA / Tester

Responsibilities

  • Define testing strategy (functional, integration, regression, performance — where applicable)
  • Design and execute test cases; prepare and support UAT campaigns
  • Document, qualify, and track defects (prioritization, reproduction, retesting)
  • Contribute to test automation (where applicable) and continuous improvement
  • Ensure traceability (requirements → tests) and quality standards

Desired Profile

  • QA experience on Salesforce / CRM; proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and collaborative with developers and business teams
  • Financial services experience — mandatory

Salesforce Business Analyst (BA)

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements (workshops, interviews, documentation)
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Ensure alignment between business and IT (processes, data, business rules)
  • Contribute to backlog prioritization with the Product Owner and sprint preparation
  • Support testing (UAT), training, and change management

Desired Profile

  • BA experience on Salesforce implementations; strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Knowledge of CRM processes (sales, customer service, operations) and Agile methodologies
  • Financial services experience — mandatory

Salesforce Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions (configuration and design)
  • Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, rules, security, profiles, permissions)
  • Prepare functional documentation and support testing and deployment phases
  • Participate in data model design and data governance
  • Train and support end users (materials, sessions, hypercare)

Desired Profile

  • Salesforce functional experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud depending on context)
  • Admin / Advanced Admin certifications are an asset
  • Financial services experience — mandatory

Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

  • Define the target Salesforce architecture (clouds, data model, security, performance)
  • Design integration architecture (API, middleware, events) and technical patterns
  • Establish governance (standards, principles, design reviews, technical debt management)
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance (audit, traceability, confidentiality)
  • Coach teams and guide technical decisions aligned with business constraints

Desired Profile

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including solution/technical architecture; strong integration expertise
  • Architect certifications preferred (Application/System Architect, CTA — asset)
  • Financial services experience — mandatory

SME (Subject Matter Expert) – Salesforce (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

  • Provide business expertise (banking/insurance/asset management) to guide the solution
  • Clarify end-to-end processes and business rules (e.g., KYC, onboarding, claims, compliance)
  • Participate in/facilitate workshops, validate user stories, and secure acceptance criteria
  • Ensure functional consistency, regulatory compliance, and quality of deliverables
  • Support UAT, training, and adoption (user feedback, continuous improvement)

Desired Profile

  • Recognized business expertise in financial services; ability to translate needs into clear requirements
  • Good understanding of CRM/Salesforce tools; Agile experience
  • Financial services experience — mandatory
