Job description
Drive excellence in culinary services as a General Manager in Airline Catering. Oversee operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards for quality and safety. This key leadership role is responsible for managing the catering unit's operations, affecting revenues from $350,000 to $2.1M+. You will lead diverse departments, ensuring food production meets customer specifications, while optimizing costs and enhancing service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all production and transportation departments effectively • Ensure compliance with HACCP, FDA, and local regulations • Drive cost management and operational excellence • Conduct training and monitor employee relations • Lead customer communication and handle audits Requirements: • 7-10 years of experience in in-flight catering management • Proven managerial experience with financial oversight • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to manage operations in a regulated environment Utilize your leadership and operational skills to elevate customer experiences in airline catering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
