Job description
Launch your career as a Creative Food Scientist with PepsiCo in Canada, focusing on innovative product development. Use your food science knowledge to create products for the market. As an R&D Associate Principal Scientist, you will lead the development of new food products for Quaker Canada. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet consumer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. Your skills in food chemistry and experimental design will enable you to build superior products from conception to launch. Key Responsibilities: • Develop food products utilizing advanced ingredient functionality • Lead product development cycles from idea generation to launch • Conduct analyses to support product design • Work closely with teams for product and process alignment • Ensure product specifications are met during scale-up Requirements: • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Food Science or related field • 5-8 years of experience in consumer package goods • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented and results-driven • Interest in laboratory and manufacturing environments Make a lasting impact through innovative food development at PepsiCo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
