Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in the following:

• Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
• Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
• Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
• Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions, by supporting implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, change management activities, adoption tracking and cross-functional execution across business and technology teams.
• University degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated excellent project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, Planview, etc.
• Understanding of basic Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost and quality management)

The IT Project Coordinator will support the successful planning and coordination of technology initiatives across infrastructure modernization, enterprise systems, and strategic transformation projects. Key responsibilities include leading infrastructure project coordination activities, providing implementation coordination support for an AI-enabled CRM initiative, and coordinating the IT workstream associated with corporate rebranding efforts.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.

General Skills:

• Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
• Support the development of a comprehensive cyber security program tailored to the organization's specific needs, risk profile and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain cyber security policies, procedures and guidelines that align with industry best practices and standards.
• Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
• Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs
• Experience scheduling meetings
• Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
• Coordinate enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions, by supporting implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, change management activities, adoption tracking and cross-functional execution across business and technology teams.
