Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Framing Manager to lead daily framing operations within a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives balancing time on the production floor with behind-the-scenes coordination, scheduling, production tracking, and technical oversight.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving productivity, supporting project execution, reviewing drawings and specifications, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met throughout the framing process.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $34 - $38/hr., depending on experience
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed
Position Summary:
• Serve as the framing subject matter expert, providing technical guidance on framing systems, drawings, specifications, and production processes
• Lead daily framing operations, coordinating workflow, scheduling, and team performance to meet production targets
• Troubleshoot production, manufacturing, and installation challenges while developing practical solutions
• Review shop drawings and project specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and manufacturability
• Support project execution through coordination with internal teams, vendors, and site personnel
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, quality control, and continuous improvement throughout the framing department
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of hands-on framing experience, with strong expertise in construction framing systems and processes
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a construction, manufacturing, or modular building environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to framing, production, and installation challenges
• Excellent organizational, communication, and scheduling abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with production systems, digital tools, and technical documentation while balancing shop floor and office responsibilities
• Experience within modular, residential, or commercial construction environments
