Key Responsibilities:

• Build Python-based GenAI services using prompt engineering techniques tailored for functional and regression test case generation, negative, boundary, and edge-case coverage, and secure code analysis and vulnerability remediation guidance
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies for accuracy, determinism, and repeatability in enterprise use cases
• Integrate GenAI workflows with CI/CD, test frameworks, and security tooling
• Implement guardrails to manage hallucinations, prompt injection risks, and data leakage
• Mentor engineers on responsible GenAI usage, prompt patterns, and model evaluation practices
• Technical & Engineering Excellence:
• Build Python-based GenAI services using prompt engineering techniques tailored for functional and regression test case generation, negative, boundary, and edge-case coverage, and secure code analysis and vulnerability remediation guidance
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies for accuracy, determinism, and repeatability in enterprise use cases
• Integrate GenAI workflows with CI/CD, test frameworks, and security tooling
• Implement guardrails to manage hallucinations, prompt injection risks, and data leakage
• Mentor engineers on responsible GenAI usage, prompt patterns, and model evaluation practices

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (enterprise-grade, production-ready code)
• Deep expertise in prompt engineering for GenAI use cases
• Experience applying GenAI to test automation and security vulnerability remediation
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and secure coding practices
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in regulated BFSI environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience integrating GenAI with CI/CD, test frameworks, or security tooling
• Exposure to responsible AI, explainability, and governance frameworks
• Prior experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services platforms
• Familiarity with DevSecOps or AI-assisted quality engineering practices

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
