Manage staffing schedules within your portfolio to ensure full coverage across all buildings.

Respond to call-outs, no-shows, or staffing gaps during weekdays and coordinate relief coverage as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules within BrightGo.

Provide hands-on operational support during emergencies or when coverage cannot be secured.

4. Client Relations & Office Liaison

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests within your portfolio.

Resolve issues promptly or coordinate internal follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding staffing updates, inspection outcomes, and service performance.

Collaborate with office support teams (CSR, Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless coordination related to supply orders, payroll notes, client feedback, and operational updates.

5. Communication, Reporting & Team Collaboration

Conduct daily check-ins and provide structured operational reports to Operations leadership.

Participate actively in Operations meetings, huddles, and planning sessions.

Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and leadership.
