Tu veux un rôle concret, où tu touches à la gestion des stocks, aux commandes et à la disponibilité des produits ?
Tu recherches un poste avec une belle exposition aux opérations nationales ? Une entreprise nationale canadienne bien établie dans le commerce de détail, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Coordonnateur réapprovsionnement / allocation, pour joindre son équipe située à Mont-Royal. Dans ce rôle, tu participeras à la gestion et à la distribution des stocks/SKU à travers 8 entrepôts nationaux. Tu travailleras avec les données générées par le système afin d’ajuster les allocations, suivre les bons de commande, gérer les retards et contribuer à une bonne disponibilité des produits selon les besoins opérationnels. Responsabilités
  • Ajuster les distributions générées par le système afin d’assurer une bonne répartition des produits entre les entrepôts et le centre de distribution
  • Suivre et gérer les stocks/SKU liés aux 8 entrepôts nationaux
  • Générer, modifier et effectuer le suivi des bons de commande
  • Contribuer à la gestion des ruptures de stock, retards de livraison et dossiers problématiques
  • Analyser certains facteurs comme la saisonnalité des produits afin d’assurer une allocation adéquate
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de maintenir une bonne fluidité opérationnelle
Profil recherché
  • Diplôme en administration, opérations, logistique, supply chain ou domaine connexe
  • Première expérience en coordination, logistique, inventaire, allocation, réapprovisionnement
  • Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais, afin de communiquer avec des équipes à l’échelle nationale
  • Expérience dans le secteur du retail : un bel atout
  • Connaissance de SAP

Responsabilities

Profile
  • Degree in administration, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • First experience in coordination, logistics, inventory, allocation, or retail operations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Bilingual in French and English, to communicate with teams across Canada
  • Experience in the retail sector: strong asset
  • SAP knowledge: asset
