Our client in the Banking & Financial Services industry is looking for a hands-on, bilingual leader to support a growing Invoice Management & Procurement Operations team during a major Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation.
This is an operational leadership role focused on team guidance, invoice processing oversight, process structure, and supporting the migration from Oracle EBS to Ivalua.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead and support a small invoice management team on a day-to-day basis
• Oversee IT & Market Data invoice operations across the U.S. and Canada
• Help bring structure, procedures, and operational discipline to a growing function
• Work in a still highly manual environment while supporting the implementation of the Ivalua P2P platform
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, AP, Finance, IT, and stakeholders primarily based in New York
• Actively participate in invoice processing, exception management, and issue resolution
Environment:
• Current systems: Oracle EBS (AP, PO, Invoicing, GL)
• Migration to Ivalua currently underway
• Implementation target: End of year / Q1–Q2 2027
• Majority of invoice volume supports U.S. operations, with Canadian volume growing rapidly
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of team leadership experience
Strong hands-on experience in invoice management / AP / procurement operations
Experience with Ivalua P2P (or similar procurement platforms)
Knowledge of Oracle EBS
Comfortable working in operational, process-heavy, and evolving environments
Bilingual French & English (mandatory)
Financial services experience not required
