Job description
Join ACFM as Chief Financial Officer to guide the strategic evolution of a growing Canadian company. This dynamic role demands strong operational and financial expertise.

As the CFO, you will leverage over a decade of leadership experience to influence strategic decisions, manage fundraising efforts, and support M&A activities. You'll work closely with ACFM's senior leadership and ownership, enhancing operational visibility and fostering a strong financial foundation as the company scales. Your proactive approach will be critical in driving accountability and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct finance, accounting, and reporting functions • Collaborate on strategic planning and operational initiatives • Lead fundraising efforts and investor negotiations • Create detailed financial forecasts and reporting materials • Boost efficiency in KPI reporting systems

Requirements: • CPA preferred; MBA or corporate finance beneficial • More than 10 years in leadership roles • Experience with PE-backed companies or startups • Strong negotiation and investor relations track record • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset
