Job description

Position Summary

:

An exploration of critical theories of criminology from 1970s to the present including such topics as social constructivist theories, Marxist theories, feminist theories, critical race theory, left-realism, routine activities theory, neo-classical theories, developmental criminology, post-modernism, Foucauldian governmentality theory, and integrated theories.

Qualifications – Required: Master’s Degree

Qualifications - Professional Designation: MA in Criminology or Sociology ; PhD preferred. Prior teaching experience in theory is an asset. (MEd / EdD will not be considered to meet the minimum educational requirement).

Salary: $10,212.40
