As part of our ongoing evolution, we are expanding our Secure Access for Enhanced Rx (SAFERx) service area focused on prescription and medication management solutions, operational support, and clinical workflow enablement.
We are looking for a polished, organized, client-focused professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, supporting healthcare organizations, and helping clients successfully adopt technology and operational solutions.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, Prescription & Medication Management Solutions, the Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting client onboarding, relationship management, product demonstrations, adoption support, communications, and training coordination for SAFERx solutions and services.
This role acts as an important bridge between clients and internal operational teams to help ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients
- Manage service contracts and payment terms
- Coordinate onboarding communications and follow-up activities
- Build positive working relationships with clinics, practitioners, and healthcare organizations
- Support client adoption and ongoing engagement activities
- Assist with client issue coordination and escalation management
Product Demonstrations & Training
- Coordinate and support client demonstrations
- Assist with onboarding walkthroughs and orientation sessions
- Help clients navigate onboarding and operational processes
- Support training coordination activities
Communication & Coordination
- Prepare professional client communications and follow-up materials
- Coordinate internally with operational and support teams
- Help ensure timely communication and client responsiveness
- Support documentation and process improvement activities
Operational Support
- Assist with operational coordination activities during high-volume periods
- Support ongoing workflow improvement efforts
- Communicate technical and regulatory requirements
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist with identifying recurring client pain points and operational improvement opportunities
Client Profile & Insights
- Coordinate with leadership and reporting resources to support operational and client insights
- Identify client trends, operational patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Support client research and engagement tracking activities
- Maintain accurate client and organizational profile information
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
- Minimum of 3 years of client engagement experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite and MS Teams
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or healthcare administration
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, customer success, or client engagement activities
- Familiarity with medical clinics, healthcare workflows, or healthcare operations
- Experience with Maximizer CRM
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence

Salary range: $62,000 - $68,000 depending on experience
