We are expanding our Delta office and are seeking experienced recruitment professionals, talent acquisition specialists, and business development-focused recruiters who have a proven ability to build client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional recruitment results.

About the Opportunity

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client acquisition through candidate sourcing, placement, and account management.

You will have the freedom to build and grow your own desk while being supported by an established brand, experienced leadership team, industry-leading tools, and a collaborative national network.

Compensation Options

At Recruiting in Motion, we understand that experienced recruiters value flexibility in how they structure their earnings. We offer two compensation models:

Full Commission Model

Our highest earning potential option designed for entrepreneurial recruiters who want maximum upside and unlimited income potential.

Base Salary + Commission Model

A competitive salaried position combined with a lower percentage commission structure, ideal for recruiters seeking additional stability while still benefiting from strong earning opportunities.

• Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related talent-focused industry
• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships and generate revenue opportunities
• Existing industry relationships, professional networks, or an established market presence that can support business development efforts
• An established professional network and the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio
• Confidence managing the recruitment process from client acquisition through candidate placement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-directed approach to success
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Alignment with Recruiting in Motion's professional and ethical standards
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
