Job description
Elevate retail communication strategies and customer engagement as Indigo's Director of Retail Experience and Communications. Shape how initiatives are understood and executed across stores.

This role requires a dynamic leader to foster innovation within a multi-site retail environment. You will be responsible for creating communication frameworks that support store execution and enhance the customer experience. With a passion for change, you will drive the adoption of best practices and ensure effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and implement effective retail communication frameworks • Manage the retail communications ecosystem with clarity • Develop and enforce communication standards for store focus • Drive alignment on enterprise initiatives and execution plans • Lead high-impact internal events for staff engagement

Requirements: • 10+ years in people management and retail communications • Experience in matrixed retail operations • Degree in Communications or Business-related fields • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and team leadership skills • Ability to influence outcomes across teams
