Site Coordinator

Randstad Canada is actively recruiting a bilingual Site Coordinator for a warehouse in Boucherville. You will be a highly visible and engaged presence on the floor with employees. Your key activities will include supervising the team, managing production flow, and training new hires. Versatility and adaptability are therefore highly valued qualities for this position.

Responsibilities
The Site Coordinator will be a key player in operations, with responsibilities including:
•Fostering a positive and motivating team atmosphere
•Managing team attendance and punctuality
•Ensuring all team members clearly understand their daily tasks and expectations
•Monitoring production to ensure all deadlines and objectives are met
•Coaching and supporting employees to ensure performance meets defined standards
•Training and onboarding new team members


Qualifications
Skills expected for success as a Site Coordinator:
•Experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
•Proven experience in personnel or team management
•Bilingual (English-French) - MANDATORY
•Physical stamina and ability to spend the shift standing or walking
•Strong ability to organize and guide a work team
•Ability to handle the physical demands of the job (lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling)
•Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
•Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively
•Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure
