Responsible for claim authorization process.Warranty and ECPMonitors dealer receivables to ensure that claim administration is current.Administers warranty labor rate applications to ensure the warranty and ECP reimbursement rates are current.Enlists the assistance of and supports the Field Warranty consultant to address claim administration problems and training needs.Encourages the sale of ECP as a customer satisfaction and retention Tool.Customer SatisfactionIdentifies Customer Satisfaction issues which are a result of Dealer Process, policies facility and staffing. Enlists the assistance of and supports the Field Customer Relations Consultant in addressing these issues.Represent TCI for Quebec Small Claims CourtDealer ImageDuring regular dealer contacts, monitors housekeeping activities and the use of corporate image materials. Ensures after sales facilities and personnel portray a professional image as identified by the Dealer Image and Operating Standards.Technical SupportEnsures that the dealerships attend technical training and that the dealership meets the TECSMART training standard.Ensure that the TCI/dealership training records are accurate.Encourages the regular submission of technical reports (flash product reports).Enlists the assistance of and supports the Field Technical consultant to ensure that the dealer service equipment meets the TCI standards and overall dealer technical capability meets T.C.I. standards.Other Duties as requested or required.What You’ll Bring:University/College degree/diploma in business or an automotive related discipline or equivalent work experience.Six years’ experience in retail automotive service operations with at least 3 years at a managerial level would be an asset.Related experience at the automotive wholesale level will also be considered. At least 2 years of which should be in a Service Operations role (SPD) and at least two years of experience either in a parts-related role (PDC, Parts Supply, Parts Administration) or a Parts & Service marketing role.Strong leadership, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation skills including the ability to influence large groups of people.Excellent oral and written communication skills both French and EnglishExcellent Microsoft computer skills specifically with Excel.Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies.About UsToyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles. S'assure que les installations et le personnel des pièces et du service projettent une image professionnelle, comme le prescrivent les normes sur l'image de marque et les procédures normalisées des concessionnaires.Soutien techniqueS'assure que le personnel des concessionnaires suive les formations techniques et que les concessionnaires se conforment aux normes de formation TECSMART.S'assure de l'exactitude des dossiers de formation de TCI et des établissements concessionnaires.Encourage la soumission régulière de rapports techniques (rapports éclair sur le produit ou FPR).Obtient l'aide du consultant technique régional et soutient celui-ci dans le but d'assurer que l'équipement de serviceAinsi que la capacité technique générale des concessionnaires sont conformes aux normes de TCI.Autres tâches selon la demande ou le besoin.Formation et expérience :Diplôme collégial/universitaire dans le secteur des affaires ou du marketing automobile ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.Six ans d'expérience dans le service automobile de détail, dont au moins trois ans à des postes de gestion (serait un atout).Une expérience dans la vente en gros dans le secteur automobile sera également prise en compte.
