🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Check in passengers and safely handle cargo and freight in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers and clients
- Load, unload, clean, and marshal aircraft as required
- Receive float aircraft on docks and secure them properly
- Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and baggage handling
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments
- Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently
- Support fuel handling, delivery, storage, and general airport operations
- Contribute to problem-solving and overall operational success
📝 Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with customers
- Computer skills are considered an asset
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Conflict resolution skills with a positive and professional approach
- Excellent organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license is an asset
⏰ Work Conditions & Schedule
- Flexible availability required (mornings, days, evenings, weekends)
- Occasional overtime and on-call shifts may be required
- This is a safety-sensitive position; successful candidates must pass pre-employment alcohol and drug testing
