Job description
Become a key player as a Sephora Account Director on an 18-month maternity contract in Toronto. This role focuses on driving sales and growth for our Sephora account through innovative strategies.

You will be responsible for the performance and evolution of the Sephora business, collaborating closely with the Leadership Team and partners across various functions. Your role involves planning, execution, and delivering insights that propel profitability and market relevance while addressing complex challenges in the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities: • Own Sephora account strategy and growth plans • Unlock revenue opportunities across multiple retail channels • Generate actionable performance reports for senior management • Lead cross-functional team collaborations effectively • Assess market trends and competitive positioning

Requirements: • 5+ years of account sales/marketing experience • Expertise in National Account Retail Management • Strong leadership and analytical skills • Confident communicator with strategic vision • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize
