As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates across a variety of roles. What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Post job requisitions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community channels
  • Proactively build pipelines for both high-volume and niche roles
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Efficiently close open roles and meet hiring deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field is an asset
  • Fully bilingual in French & English (spoken, written, and read)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to evolving hiring needs
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing hard-to-fill roles is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Interview Process

Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.

Step 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.

Ce que vous ferez

Responsabilités en acquisition de talents

  • Publier les offres d’emploi sur plusieurs plateformes afin d’attirer les meilleurs talents
  • Sourcer des candidats via un ATS, des sites d’emploi, les réseaux sociaux, les universités et des canaux communautaires
  • Constituer de manière proactive des bassins de talents pour des postes à fort volume ainsi que pour des rôles spécialisés
  • Examiner les CV et effectuer des présélections téléphoniques / entrevues initiales
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour comprendre les exigences des postes et recommander des candidats
  • Coordonner les entrevues et gérer les pipelines de candidats
  • Pourvoir efficacement les postes vacants et respecter les délais d’embauche

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (un atout)
  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (à l’oral, à l’écrit et en lecture)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes et à s’adapter à des besoins d’embauche en évolution
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et grande attention aux détails
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en réseautage
  • Expérience en recrutement à volume élevé ou pour des postes difficiles à pourvoir (un atout)
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Esprit d’équipe et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
