Job description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Junior IT Project Manager at Mitel. Contribute to project success by collaborating with global teams and ensuring efficient delivery of technical initiatives.

In this pivotal Junior IT Project Manager role at Mitel, you will be responsible for delivering valuable projects that support business growth. With 3-5 years of experience in program management, you will oversee project scope, planning, and execution while working with both technical and non-technical teams. This role emphasizes communication and teamwork to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage project execution to meet Mitel’s goals • Foster collaboration among program stakeholders • Define project requirements and timelines • Guide teams in addressing project risks • Report on program status accurately

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience • Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, and SmartSheet • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
