Job description
Manage Partner Interconnections at BC Hydro, focusing on financial analysis and project oversight. This full-time role offers teamwork and leadership opportunities.
As a key member within BC Hydro, you will lead a team supporting interconnections projects. Your responsibilities will include setting up studies in SAP, processing billing and payments, and ensuring adherence to financial policies. Your collaboration with other departments will enhance service delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee project management and financial documentation control • Process recovery billing per agreements and manage forecasts • Update financial scorecards for Joint Use Operating Committees • Hire and develop staff, ensuring career planning and training • Facilitate communication across I&PC for service enhancement
Requirements: • Degree in accounting, finance, or applicable field • Five years of relevant project/program financial experience • Understanding of accounting practices and BC Hydro systems • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills • Proven ability to handle multiple projects with precision
