Job description
Elevate our maintenance team with your skills as an On-Call Maintenance Associate! This position focuses on building relationships and delivering high-quality maintenance services.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will handle resident requests and ensure tasks are completed on time. You should possess 3–5 years of experience in general maintenance, particularly with building systems like plumbing and HVAC. Strong communication skills and a proactive customer service approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle resident maintenance requests and follow up promptly • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance • Execute minor renovations, including painting and drywall • Maintain safety-first attitude and clean job sites • Maintain accurate work order records and assist during on-call emergencies

Requirements: • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in relevant settings • Adept with technology and software programs • Must provide own tools and wear CSA steel-toed boots • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle necessary • Ability to work outside normal hours and pass a criminal record check
