The Opportunity
As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving business development and expanding client relationships across Western Canada. Reporting directly to the Manager of Recruitment, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and supporting key client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone with a true “hunter” mentality — confident making outbound calls, energized by sales targets, and motivated by earning uncapped commission.

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In House
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Recruiting in Motion’s staffing solutions
- Generate new business through cold calling, warm outreach, email campaigns, referrals, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
- Partner closely with recruitment teams to coordinate temporary and permanent staffing requests
- Identify and develop new accounts across Western Canada
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios
- Maintain accurate client records and activity within CRM systems
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
What You Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or university degree, combined with relevant B2B sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales or business development experience
- Proven success with outbound sales calls and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
- Confidence using MS Office and CRM platforms
- A driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency
Experience within recruitment, staffing, or professional services is considered a strong asset.
