Le Conseil scolaire

Le Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF) est lunique conseil scolaire public francophone de la province ayant pour mission doffrir une éducation de qualité en français langue première à tous les élèves admissibles. Fondé en 1995 le CSF dessert une vaste région géographique à travers la Colombie-Britannique avec environ 40 écoles réparties dans une trentaine de communautés de Victoria à Prince George. Il joue un rôle essentiel dans la promotion et la préservation de la langue et de la culture francophones dans un contexte minoritaire. Le CSF place lélève au cœur de sa démarche éducative en misant sur un environnement inclusif bienveillant et centré sur la réussite scolaire et personnelle. Les programmes offerts vont de la maternelle à la 12e année et intègrent des valeurs douverture culturelle dinnovation pédagogique et de collaboration communautaire. Grâce à un personnel engagé et compétent le CSF favorise un apprentissage en français qui permet aux élèves de développer leur identité francophone tout en étant pleinement préparés pour évoluer dans un monde bilingue et -delà de lenseignement le CSF joue également un rôle crucial dans le développement des communautés francophones de la province. Il travaille en partenariat avec des organismes francophones locaux et nationaux pour soutenir la vitalité linguistique et culturelle de ses élèves et de leurs familles. Elle inspire les communautés scolairesà se mobiliser autour de la mission éducative du CSF et à faire rayonner les cultures francophones. En collaboration avec le personnel les familles et les partenaires communautaires la direction veille à offrir un environnement dapprentissage sécuritaire équitable et stimulant. Elle assure une gestion éthique et rigoureuse des ressources humaines et financières dans le respect des politiques internes des conventions collectives et des orientations ministérielles.

Ce poste sadresse à une personne visionnaire passionnée par léducation qui valorise la diversité le développement professionnel continu et lengagement communautaire et qui souhaite jouer un rôle clé dans lessor de la francophonie en Colombie-Britannique. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la mise en œuvre du projet éducatif de lécole la création dun milieu dapprentissage bienveillant et inclusif ainsi que dans la mobilisation de lensemble de la communauté scolaire autour de la mission et des valeurs du CSF.

LEcole Gabrielle-Roy

Située au cœur de Surrey en Colombie-Britannique lécole Gabrielle-Roy est un établissement scolaire francophone qui accueille environ 600 élèves de la maternelle à la 12e année dans un environnement dapprentissage dynamique et inclusif. Membre du Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF) lécole a pour mission de promouvoir la langue française et la culture francophone tout en offrant une éducation de qualité. Grâce à une équipe pédagogique engagée et à une communauté scolaire active Gabrielle-Roy est un lieu où chaque élève peut sépanouir pleinement tant sur le plan académique que culturel et personnel.

Responsabilités Principales

Promotion de léducation en français et leadership mobilisateur

Gestion rigoureuse et éthique des ressources

  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse éthique et équitable du personnel et des ressources financières.
  • Encadrer et soutenir le personnel dans un climat de collaboration respect mutuel et développement professionnel continu.
  • Planifier les ressources selon les besoins pédagogiques et organiser efficacement le travail.
  • Veiller à lapplication des conventions collectives des politiques internes de la Loi scolaire et des règlements ministériels et du CSF.
  • Élaborer administrer et optimiser les budgets alloués de façon responsable et en lien avec les priorités éducatives.

Vision et engagement éducatif

  • Veiller à ce que chaque élève acquière des compétences essentielles pour la réussite personnelle scolaire et citoyenne.
  • Favoriser un environnement propice à lapprentissage à lautonomie à la pensée critique et à la curiosité intellectuelle.
  • Agir comme leader dans les démarches de vérité et réconciliation.
  • Reconnaître les réalités autochtones et intégrer des pratiques éducatives respectueuses des savoirs et perspectives des Premiers Peuples.

Qualifications Requises

  • Détenir ou vous engager à obtenir un diplôme de 2e cycle en administration scolaire ou en éducation ou une spécialisation en éducation ou dans une discipline connexe au leadership en éducation.
    Être titulaire dun certificat denseignement émis par le Teacher Certification Branch (TCB).
  • Maitrise en éducation ou en gestion scolaire.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants notamment Excel Word et PowerPoint ainsi que des logiciels de gestion du personnel.

Compétences Recherchées

  • Avoir cumulé un minimum de cinq (5) années dexpérience en enseignement à lélémentaire et/ou au secondaire dans un milieu francophone minoritaire.
  • Posséder une excellente connaissance des programmes détudes des pratiques pédagogiques et évaluatives et de leur impact sur le développement lengagement et lapprentissage des élèves.
  • Maîtriser le français et langlais à loral et à lécrit.

The School Division

TheConseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF)is the only public French-language school board in the province with the mission of providing high-quality French-first-language education to all eligible students. Founded in 1995 the CSF serves a vast geographic area across British Columbia with approximately 40 schools located in about 30 communities from Victoria to Prince George. It plays a vital role in promoting and preserving the French language and culture in a minority setting.

The CSF places students at the heart of its educational approach fostering an inclusive caring environment focused on academic and personal success. Its programs ranging from kindergarten to grade 12 integrate values of cultural openness pedagogical innovation and community collaboration. With dedicated and skilled staff the CSF promotes French-language learning that allows students to develop a strong Francophone identity while being well-prepared to thrive in a bilingual and multicultural world.

Beyond education the CSF also plays a key role in the development of Francophone communities across the province. Ecole Gabrielle-Roy

Located in the heart of Surrey British Columbia Gabrielle-Roy School is a French-language educational institution that welcomes approximately 600 students from kindergarten to Grade 12 in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. As a member of the Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique (CSF) the schools mission is to promote the French language and francophone culture while providing a high-quality education. Thanks to a dedicated teaching staff and an active school community Gabrielle-Roy is a place where every student can thrive academically culturally and personally.

Required Qualifications

  • Hold or commit to obtaining a graduate degree in school administration education or a related field in educational leadership.
  • Possess a teaching certificate issued by the Teacher Certification Branch (TCB).
  • Hold a Masters degree in education or school leadership.
  • Proficiency with common office software including Excel Word and PowerPoint as well as personnel management systems.

Desired Competencies

  • Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience at the elementary and/or secondary level in a Francophone minority setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of curricula pedagogical and assessment practices and their impact on student development engagement and learning.
  • Bilingual in French and English both spoken and written.
