Job description
Join RSM as a Manager of Financial Due Diligence focusing on the healthcare sector in Calgary. Manage acquisition analyses and lead client communications to ensure successful engagements.

In this pivotal role, you will conduct thorough financial due diligence efforts for clients engaged in acquisitions and divestitures. With a collaborative approach, you will interact with executive teams to gather crucial data and develop financial insights. Your responsibilities include overseeing engagement teams and guiding junior leaders while ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead diligence engagements and support execution • Guide and mentor junior team members • Ensure effective communication with clients throughout projects • Perform in-depth financial analysis for healthcare transactions • Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar • Over 5 years of financial due diligence experience • Familiarity with transaction environments preferred • Strong analytical and leadership skills • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
