The Executive, Client Solutions role at On Side is a Sales and Business Development role. We are looking for a results-driven individual focused on pursuing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships across our segments of focus, including but not limited to Commercial, Multi-Unit and Health care. This role delivers responsive, high-impact influence and acts as a local brand ambassador through industry events and thought leadership engagements. The Executive plays a key role in shaping exceptional client experiences and reinforces On Side’s reputation as a trusted and credible partner.
We are looking for a proven performer who thrives in complex environments, builds credibility quickly, and consistently turns relationships into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
What Success Looks Like (First 12–24 Months)
Establish yourself as a recognized and trusted partner within key commercial, multi-unit, and institutional client segments
Build and execute a targeted client development strategy that generates measurable new revenue
Convert strategic relationships into preferred vendor status and repeat business
Strengthen On Side’s market presence and brand credibility through consistent client engagement and industry visibility
Partner internally to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
What You Bring
8+ years of proven success in business development, consultative sales, or influence-based roles
within restoration, insurance, construction, or related industries
A track record of exceeding growth targets and building long-term client portfolios
Demonstrated ability to navigate layered organizations and influence multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of commercial and multi-unit client environments and decision dynamics
An established network that can be leveraged for immediate impact
The ability to operate as a self-directed leader while collaborating across operations and leadership teams

Qualifications & Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally and regionally
Flexibility to attend industry events and client engagements outside standard hours
