Job description
Lead policy initiatives for BMO's new broker channel as a Policy Strategy Manager. Drive strategic initiatives, vendor management, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

This position requires 5–7 years of experience in policy and consumer lending. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of Home Financing products and the banking industry's regulatory requirements. The role also emphasizes excellent relationship management and analytical skills while utilizing Excel and SQL effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage vendor relationships to clarify policy discrepancies • Conduct competitive analysis and support strategic initiatives • Update policies and communications for lenders and handbooks • Assist with reporting on policy matters to senior management • Take on broader accountabilities as needed

Requirements: • 5–7 years in policy strategy and consumer lending • Strong understanding of Home Financing products • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and office software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • In-depth relationship management and influence abilities
