Job description
Join Wood Wyant as a Principal Sales Director, spearheading sales initiatives and growth strategies in Brossard, Quebec. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic focus.

As a permanent, full-time Director, you will engage with a motivated sales team and directly support customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include developing competitive sales policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking sales performance. Your leadership will ensure a thriving sales environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement sales strategies for revenue growth • Coach the sales team to enhance customer engagement • Promote company offerings at industry events • Streamline operations with Customer Experience teams • Analyze sales trends to guide decision-making

Requirements: • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Experience leading sales teams, preferably in JanSan • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Availability to travel throughout Canada • Bilingual (French and English) preferred
