Job description
Transform customer experiences as a Store Manager focused on driving sales and leading a dedicated team. Your leadership will empower associates to deliver exceptional service.

Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to manage all store operations. Your responsibilities encompass recruiting, hiring, training, and maintaining visual standards, engaging your team to enhance the customer experience continually. You will act as a bridge between customers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and meet profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Motivate and coach team members to excel • Ensure successful execution of training and guest services • Maximize profitability through performance planning • Build brand loyalty with personalized customer interactions • Maintain high communication standards within the team

Requirements: • At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales • Confident in creating elevated customer experiences • Skilled in adapting to retail challenges • Strong problem-solving and financial analysis abilities • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
