We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Execution team in Milton.
In this role, you will support a regional team of Project Managers, Manager and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What will you do: Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Effectively manage multiple priorities and provide operational support to the Manager, Project Managers, and execution teams as needed based on daily business demands * Demonstrate agility in adapting to changing priorities and targets; maintain a proactive approach to learning and process improvement * Prepare and submit credit requests in alignment with Project Manager direction and approvals, Support escalation management by maintaining accurate escalation logs and ensuring timely updates * Monitor debit activities and support resolution efforts; coordinate shipping and warranty-related processes, including returns, reorders, and claim handling * Maintain accurate project pricing updates and tracking tools; generate and manage reports across multiple systems, Submit Sales Change Requests (SCRs) for multi-level approvals and ensure proper documentation and follow-through * This role requires the individual to be available for on-site support at the Milton location a minimum of two days per week to effectively collaborate with and support the team * Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner; handle customer expedite requests for stocked items, including shipment tracking and proof of delivery (POD) confirmation * A foundational understanding of electrical distribution systems (low and medium voltage), Exposure to or coursework in project management (considered an asset) * Will be introduced to project management by actively performing project management activities, while gaining exposure to the technical aspects of the electrical distribution field through modifications to existing orders. Preferred Qualifications: * CET certification or equivalent electrical education/experience or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) from a university program such as Electrical Engineering or a related field * 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry is an asset. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) * Experience with Adobe Acrobat * Familiarity with Salesforce (bFO) and ERP systems Core Competencies: * Strong communication and organizational skills * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, under pressure to meet deadlines What's in it for you: The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $58,400 - $87,600 for candidates who are Ontario residents.
Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
