Job description
Join Ontario Shores Foundation as Chief Executive Officer to advance mental health care initiatives through strategic fundraising and impactful leadership, fostering strong community connections. As the CEO, you will report to the Foundation Board and play a crucial role in shaping the future of mental health services. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management and fundraising. You will engage senior volunteers and develop compelling strategies to attract diverse donor audiences, enhancing the Foundation’s fundraising capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Direct strategic and operational planning for the Foundation • Engage and mentor staff and volunteers for optimal performance • Foster strategic relationships with the healthcare community • Oversee major gift solicitation efforts • Implement programs to advance the Foundation's mission Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field preferred • Significant nonprofit leadership experience • Experience with major gifts acquisition and donor stewardship • Strong business acumen and operational skills • Skilled in communication and engaging diverse audiences Contribute your expertise in leadership and fundraising to shape the future of mental health at Ontario Shores Foundation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
