Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000- $60,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy

The Role

We’re on the lookout for someone with drive, passion and energy to create something great. A person who takes extreme pride in their work and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

In this role, you will be working directly with a copywriter and a cross-functional agency team to deliver multi-channel programs of different sizes.

The right candidate will be a strong conceptual thinker and have a passion for creative ideas, popular culture, emerging technologies, language and design trends. It’s essential to have a collaborative team spirit and the ability to take direction and solve problems. A strong design sensibility and attention to detail is must.

Responsibilities:

• Generate strong concepts and champion ideas with enthusiasm.
• partner with Copywriter to develop creative concepts that meet the project's overall objectives
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Account Services, Strategy and Delivery teams from briefing through to production
• Contribute to raising the overall creative standards for the agency through effective and award winning work.
• Keep up to date with new innovations & technologies, evolving industry, cultural and social trends to ensure our clients benefit from ideas relevant to the target audience and improved creative output
• Ensure messaging is consistent with client goals.
• ensuring concepts contain tasteful, creative & beautifully crafted art direction with attention to detail
• prepare and refine concepts for internal and client presentations
• Support other teams on their creative briefs.
• Be a strong contributor at brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
• Be solutions oriented and a true team player
• Be comfortable working in an integrated agency environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-3 years experience in an agency environment
• Be well versed in social content
• Excellent creative conceptual thinker
• A good listener, strong conceptual skills and ability to handle and learn from constructive criticism.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Adapts well to changing priorities, deadlines and direction.
• Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating breakthrough creative that gets results.
• Undergraduate diploma or degree in design, marketing or equivalent.
