Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Solutions Designer – CRM to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions within the Ontario Public Service environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing hosting and application technology solutions aligned with client business requirements, enterprise standards, architectural best practices, accessibility standards, and operational objectives. This role requires extensive expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies, user experience design, business process analysis, solution architecture, functional design, and enterprise application implementation.
The ideal consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, QA teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable, accessible, and user-centered CRM solutions for large and complex enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills & ExperienceCRM & Solution Design Experience- Minimum 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience implementing Adobe AEM solutions.
- Extensive experience designing and developing large, complex CRM applications.
- Experience with CRM application environments, operating systems, databases, programming languages, and communication protocols.

- Experience analyzing user feedback and implementing design improvements to address user pain points.
- Experience creating wireframes, screen mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using:
- Strong understanding of accessibility-focused design principles and enterprise UX best practices.
Technology & Development Skills- Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodologies.
- Experience with change management methodologies.

Work Environment- This is a fully onsite role within the Ontario Public Service environment.
- Resource is expected to work onsite Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
