This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools, analytics, and recruitment technologies to support a consistent and innovative candidate experience program.
  • Provide high-level customer service to hiring managers, implementing recruitment strategies aligned with company standards.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Document all applicant and candidate interactions accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Source, screen, and engage talent using AI-driven tools, job boards, and sourcing platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews, incorporating assessment insights to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, complete intake sessions, and post positions in compliance with Canadian and U.S. employment laws, including pay transparency regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual, phone, and in-person interviews.
  • Support candidate progression decisions by evaluating alignment with role requirements.
  • Deliver professional and timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience regardless of outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
