Job description
Elevate your career with BMT as an Intermediate or Senior Scheduler, focusing on impactful project management in a hybrid work environment. This position is based in Halifax, Ottawa, or Victoria.

BMT is seeking professionals to support their Technical Capability department by developing and controlling project schedules. Your role will involve crafting integrated schedules while facilitating collaboration and providing crucial insights to project leaders and stakeholders. With responsibilities including coaching team members, you'll actively contribute to the enhancement of scheduling processes and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead schedule planning across multiple complex projects • Define standards and governance for schedule management • Analyze schedules and provide actionable insights to leaders • Maintain schedule quality and integrity through advanced checks • Represent scheduling in client workshops and meetings

Requirements: • Practical experience in schedule management with Primavera P6 • In-depth knowledge of project scheduling principles • Effective communication and presentation skills • Proven experience in technical leadership and mentorship • Familiarity with project risk management practices
