Job description
Join Workland as the Head of Finance and contribute to impactful financial decisions in a rapidly growing Quebec company. Utilize your expertise to foster sustainable operations and strategic growth.

In this role, you will be the Financial Controller overseeing all financial activities while directly reporting to senior management. You will lead a diverse team, optimize processes, and ensure sound financial management that aligns with the organization’s eco-friendly goals. Leveraging your analytical mindset, you will play a crucial role in the company's innovation projects and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct all accounting operations against ASPE standards • Prepare reliable and timely financial reports • Ensure accuracy in monthly and annual closings • Implement effective financial policies and internal controls • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting strategies

Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience • Bachelor's degree and CPA designation necessary • Strong leadership and communication skills required • Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards essential • Bilingual: fluent French, functional English preferred
