Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Store Manager who will report directly to the District Manager.
Responsibilities As the Store Manager, you must be an exceptional leader who can motivate, inspire, and develop the store team. In collaboration with the District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top‑line sales growth, and coaching store associates to consistently deliver a best‑in‑class shopping experience. The Store Manager understands key business drivers and adjusts the business accordingly.

Experience

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Strong product awareness and commercial mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift, move, and handle product up to 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders and use step stools.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings as needed.
Frequent movement including standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
Pay range: $50,000 - $55,000
