Job description
Join ROSEN Group as the Talent Acquisition Manager in Calgary, Alberta, where you will lead recruitment excellence and high-capacity teams across North America.

In this critical Team Lead role, you will work alongside the Head of HR, Sector USA, strategically guiding a team of recruiters. With a significant focus on 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience and a strong background in people management, your objective will be to enhance team capabilities and foster a performance-driven culture. Your role will also include managing recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals • Oversee requisition distribution and workload management • Cultivate a high-trust, accountability-oriented culture • Monitor TA performance metrics and facilitate improvements • Drive continuous enhancement initiatives for recruitment processes

Requirements: • 7–10+ years in evolving Talent Acquisition roles • 2–3+ years in a managerial capacity for teams • Deep experience in recruiting for senior roles • Expertise in ATS platforms like Greenhouse or iCIMS • Familiarity with employment laws in US and Canada
