Job description
Step into a pivotal role as the Grand Rapids General Manager for Slows Bar Bq. Focus on operational excellence, guest services, and community involvement in this leadership position.

You will play a crucial role in the restaurant's expansion to western Michigan, overseeing everything from pre-opening planning to daily operations post-launch. Achieving sales targets while maintaining food quality and creating a welcoming environment for guests and employees alike will be your main focus. Collaborating closely with the regional team and Head Chef is essential to drive success.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement business strategies, analyzing competitor activities • Prepare strategic financial forecasts and annual budgets • Enforce standards and ensure team compliance • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety protocols • Recruit, train, and mentor management team members

Requirements: • College degree in restaurant management preferred • Previous General Manager experience with P&L focus • Exceptional customer service and accounting skills • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities • Valid driver’s license and Serv Safe certifications required
