Job description
Step into a managerial role in accounting and tax at TAAG. This position emphasizes compliance, strategic tax planning, and team leadership to benefit our diverse clientele.

TAAG seeks a driven professional for the role of Accounting and Tax Manager. The successful candidate will supervise accounting operations, ensure adherence to tax regulations, and lead a dedicated team. Your expertise will help drive financial efficiencies and support the firm’s goals while fostering growth in team members.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed financial reports for various timeframes • Maintain compliance with accounting standards • Manage financial close processes each month and quarter • Ensure accuracy in tax returns and filings • Develop tax strategies for client growth

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline • At least 5 years of tax and accounting experience • Familiarity with GAAP and tax codes • Experience in accounting software and MS Excel • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
