Job description
Join OpenMoves as an Associate Creative Director, where creativity meets strategy in a remote environment. Drive successful digital campaigns through collaboration with diverse teams.

In this full-time position, you will manage the creative process for paid media campaigns, ensuring projects align with client goals from inception to launch. Collaborate closely with strategists and analysts, while leading the design of high-performing ads, landing pages, and experiences. Your creative vision will be essential in optimizing conversion through various channels.

Key Responsibilities: • Ideate and develop concepts for campaigns across media • Direct high-performing creative assets for digital platforms • Oversee project management from kickoff to completion • Collaborate with clients to define strategic creative solutions • Execute design work in static, motion, and video formats

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in a creative agency • Requirement of strong portfolio in digital campaign work • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Knowledge in UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design • Experience with motion design tools like After Effects
