Job description
Drive innovative residential programming at Forest City Healing Centre in London, Ontario as the Director of Programs. This leadership role champions compassion and accountability in addiction recovery. The Director of Residential Programs is accountable for the operational success and strategic vision of FCHC’s treatment approach. You will cultivate a supportive environment while overseeing the design and implementation of a structured recovery curriculum. Your expertise in clinical practices and past experience in addiction services will guide your work. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and improve a structured 28-day recovery program • Ensure compliance with Ontario's addiction treatment standards • Provide clinical direction and support for program staff • Build community partnerships for enhanced care continuity • Facilitate team meetings and case reviews for best practices Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in social work or psychology • At least 5 years in addiction treatment, including leadership roles • Proven ability in creating residential treatment programs • Familiarity with Ontario regulatory frameworks • Current or eligible registration with a professional college Contribute your leadership and clinical skills to a vital mission at FCHC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
