Job description
Shape the future of risk management at HOOPP as a Senior Director in Enterprise Risk. Elevate the Annual Risk Report into a dynamic tool for strategic decision-making across the organization.

As HOOPP's Senior Director, you will take charge of the enterprise-wide strategic risk operations, integrating insights into the Annual Risk Report diligently. This position involves guiding senior leaders through risk assessments and facilitating decision-making to uphold HOOPP's 2030 Strategy. Your role will demand a blend of strategic foresight, strong leadership, and robust communication skills to drive coherence in risk management across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive the annual refresh and reporting cadence of ARR • Establish standards and quality controls for data gathering • Ensure practical progress reporting for top risks • Lead deep dive teams to explore risk factors • Develop materials for Board-level discussions

Requirements: • 12-15+ years in enterprise risk or relevant fields • Established experience in reporting governance processes • Background in executive risk discussions • Preferred MBA or relevant graduate degree • Proven leadership and analytical capabilities
