Job Description
The requires a full-time Family Physician to join the primary care physician group in Maidstone, SK, in the North West Area of the SHA. Maidstone Medical Clinic and Health Complex works with individuals and families through innovation and partnerships in a holistic manner, to achieve optimal levels of health.
As part of the Primary Care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical outpatient, inpatient, ER, long-term care and on-call services to residents of Maidstone and area.
The SHA is dedicated to learning and is a partner in the growing educational needs of medical students and residents from the .
Job Qualifications
This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
The successful candidate must be eligible for licensure with the and have current coverage.
In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
The successful applicant is expected to participate in the undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education programs of the Department of Medicine in the North West Area.
